She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an MBA from Southern Connecticut State University. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, equipping her with unmatched strategic innovation, operational excellence, and transformative leadership expertise.

Catie Ramsey is a visionary  leader with over ten years of experience in business startups and nonprofit management, along with expertise in the restaurant, arts, fitness, and education sectors. Her twenty year tenure in education as a teacher, educational leader, and team leader has a proven track record of helping teams grow through innovative strategies that drive engagement and impact.  She holds a Master of Arts in Holisitc Thinking, and an Advanced 6th Year Degree in Education Leadership and Administration.
